Obligations from the dog sitter

Your dog will be treated appropriately by the dog sitter and walked for at least 4 hours a day (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon). We work calmly and firmly with a positive energy, adhere to the regulations and observe the Animal Welfare Act. We have an operating license from the Zurich Veterinary Office. We are checked and inspected every two years. There have never been any complaints or deficiencies in our business. We spend our lunch break in our own home with a large outdoor area and rest rooms. All dogs are fed by us at lunchtime and have their lunch break together.

We consistently use Robidog bags and pay attention to considerate treatment of nature. Peaceful interaction with other people and dog owners is also very important to us.

Before your dog is accepted into the day pack, we first take him for a walk in the morning or afternoon. Owners of the dogs are always present!

Up to 8 assistance dogs are taken on the walk.

If your dog goes off on its own, we will immediately start looking for it and inform you immediately.

If your dog is not found, the dog sitter is only liable for negligence or demonstrable disregard of the duty of supervision.

In the event of an accident or illness, we will consult the vet immediately. Costs are to be paid by the dog owner, except in cases of negligence and breach of duty of supervision.
